Refund and Returns Policy

The refund and return policy is valid for 30 days.

If 30 days have passed since the clients’ purchase, Sutanta Aditya Photography cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for the return procedure, the goods must be unused and in the same condition as when the clients received them. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are exempt from returns. Damaged items cannot be returned.

To complete clients’ returns, Sutanta Aditya Photography requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted, if:

Each item is not in its original condition, parts are damaged or lost for reasons not due to Sutanta Aditya Photography’s fault.

Money refund;
After clients’ returns have been received and inspected, Sutanta Aditya Photography will send an email to notify that it has received the returned goods. Sutanta Aditya Photography will also notify about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If appropriate, then the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original payment method, within a specified time.

Late or lost refunds;
If the client has not received a refund, please double check the bank account, Paypal account or credit card first.

Then contact the bank, Paypal or credit card company, it may take a while before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact the bank company, Paypal account or credit card. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discount Items;
Only regular priced items can be returned. Items that have been sold cannot be returned.

Exchange;
Sutanta Aditya Photography only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If the Client needs to exchange it for the same item, send an email to services@sutantaaditya.net and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gift Items;
If the item is marked as a gift item when purchased and shipped directly to the Client, it will receive a gift equal to the return value. After the returned goods are received, a gift certificate will be sent to the Client.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has an order shipped to themselves to give to the Client, Sutanta Aditya Photography will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of the Client’s return.

Resending;
To return a product, Client must send it to: {physical address}.

Client will be responsible for paying Client’s own shipping cost to return the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the Client receives a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where the Client resides, the time it takes for the product that the Client is exchanging for to reach the Client may vary.

If the Client returns a more expensive item, the Client may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Sutanta Aditya Photography does not guarantee that it will accept Client’s returned goods.
