My witness on April 14, 2014 09:46 AM. A photographer from Germany, Sandra Hoyn looks away from the path of the Sinabung volcano eruption materials as a term of me to continuous observation to starts continued the reports under the unexpected natural disasters. Sandra strengthened me from the trauma of many events that I witnessed, to continue my journalistic function.

And not only about the volcano characteristics, other information’s on the dynamic times of the indigenous Karo tribe adaptation still beginning at the Sinabung volcano slopes, also became a deep value of human life and nature, absolutely to be read as a visual testimony. Until one moment came as fate took 17 lives, including two of my dear friends, Thomas Sembiring Milala and Rizal Syahputra.

From my deep sorrow along a decade eruption history, the other one is a Netherlands great photographer, Cris Toala Olivares which have been met with me also with other photojournalists at the Sinabung volcano slopes. In minds, it’s like this ‘Earth Creator’ always sending me the new soul to be together and keep my spirit to still born the testimony together, from the long-term natural phenomenon.

A photographer Cris Toala Olivares steps away to going out from the track of pyroclastic eruption materials during the Sinabung prolonged eruption process. This photograph is about my togetherness with Cris Toala Olivares which also as a part of my long-term coverages process. Witnessed on October 26, 2014 12:28:40PM.
My Witness on June 19, 2015 11:45 am. A photographer from Italy, the late Antonio Zambardino took a close look at the eruption of the Sinabung volcano under my long-term report focusing on the eruption of the Sinabung volcano. My deepest condolences for my grief are about destiny, when I read the New York Times which broke the news that Antonio had died of a heart attack in Thailand.

As a special noted, arrived around the Sinabung volcano slopes which close, far or also in between are still about under the shadows of the unpredictable disasters zone. It is similarly with a special concept and task for me to get information about both as natural and human characters too. My mind, always alert to keep the tunes of the main patron process which possible seen as exactly through the visual photos, so for me to keep alert is keep my testimony always on, to avoid the threat of unexpected disasters.

Similarly, as observing the process by process of volcanic eruption activity, so that the results of the observations will divide the stages into the beginning, peak and end in a definite recorded time period from the reporting the visual moment process.

My Witness on June 25, 2015 08:46 am. A photographer of Reuters in Indonesia, Beawiharta seen as my togetherness during my report about the Sinabung volcano eruption.

Thus, I am a soul who does not rule out the presence of many people to jointly carry out the same function, with the aim of benefiting the lives of many people. Whether it is in the form to share about of technology or disaster mitigation methodology, as well as psychological motivation for victims of natural disasters. Because basically, the dynamics of nature at that time was a question mark for everyone around him.

Because nature does not close itself for us to continues to be understands about the ‘Mother-land’ characteristics as where we are stand, my mind said. Then, Olivares continued to said, there we go, if we are not only made the pictures but also shared the story on the history.

Those words were opening the togetherness moment of one morning without forget ‘coffee to go’.
